外泌体在肺癌诊治、预后及耐药中的研究进展

摘要

Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles with phosphor lipid bilayer membrane, which contain many bioactive substances and play an important role in the development of lung cancer. Exosomes can mediate cell signal transduction,tumor cell metastasis, regulation of tumor pathogenesis,and tumor cell resistance and other biological functions. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that exosomes have close relationship with the diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and drug resistance of lung cancer. This review summarizes these search progress of exosomes on the diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and drug resistance in lung cancer.%外泌体是具有脂质双膜层结构的纳米级囊泡,含有多种生物活性物质,在肺癌的发生、发展中发挥着重要的作用.外泌体具有介导细胞信号转导、肿瘤细胞转移侵袭、肿瘤病理进程调节及肿瘤细胞耐药等生物学功能.近年来大量研究表明,外泌体与肺癌的诊断、治疗、预后以及耐药密切相关.本文结合国内外最新报道,对外泌体在肺癌的诊治、预后以及耐药性方面的研究进展作一综述.
