Antitumor triterpene saponins from Anemone flaccida

摘要

A new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-[(60-butyryl)-b-D-glucopyranosyl]-28-O-[a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-b-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→6)-b-D-glucopyranosyl] oleanolic acid, as well as three known triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the rhizomes of Anemone flaccida. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. These compounds showed significant antitumor activities.
