彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断的临床价值

摘要

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and value of ultrasonic diagnosis for thyroid diseases.Methods:1 20 cases of pa-tients with thyroid tumor in our hospital from 2005 to,1 20 cases of patients with thyroid cancer,cases of patients with ultrasound examina-tion data and postoperative pathological data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:in 1 20 cases,88 cases were diagnosed as thyroid ade-noma,31 cases of thyroid carcinoma,1 cases of thyroid lymphoma,1 20 cases of thyroid adenoma,91 cases of thyroid adenoma,28 cases of thyroid carcinoma,1 cases of thyroid lymphoma.Conclusion:ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid cancer with high accuracy,the clinical di-agnosis of thyroid cancer has a high application value.%目的：探讨超声诊断用于甲状腺疾病的可行性及价值。方法：选取我院2005年－2011年期间各种甲状腺肿瘤住院患者120例，对此120例患者的超声检查资料及术后病理资料进行回顾性、对比性分析。结果：120例患者中超声诊断为甲状腺腺瘤88例，诊断为甲状腺癌31例，甲状腺淋巴瘤1例；120例患者均做了术后病理，病理诊断为甲状腺腺瘤91例，甲状腺癌28例，甲状腺淋巴瘤1例。结论：超声诊断各种甲状腺肿瘤的准确率较高，对甲状腺肿瘤的临床诊断具有极高的应用价值。
