心理护理与健康教育对突发性耳聋患者影响的临床研究

     

摘要

objective:to explore the psychological nursing and health education in patients with sudden deafness affect clinical value. Methods:randomly selected from our hospital in February 2013 to December 2014 received during the period of 80 patients with sudden deafness,adopt the method of randomized patients divided into observation group and control group,40 cases,control group using conven-tional methods of nursing care,observation group in the control group on the basis of using the nursing methods of psychological nursing and health education,nursing effect of two groups of patients for comparative analysis.Results:the observation group of patients with the treatment effective rate was 87.5%,the control group in the treatment of patients with effective rate was 57.5%,the observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction nursing satisfaction significantly better than control group(P <0.05),with statistical significance.Con-clusion:on the basis of conventional nursing in patients with sudden deafness with psychological nursing and health education,can im-prove the treatment effect of patients,decrease the occurrence of bad feelings,worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的:探究心理护理与健康教育对突发性耳聋患者影响的临床价值。方法:随机选取我院在2013年5月到2014年12月期间接收的80例突发性耳聋患者,采用随机分配的方法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用心理护理与健康教育的护理方法,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为87.5%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为57.5%,观察组患者的护理满意度显著优于对照组的护理满意度(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对突发性耳聋患者在常规护理的基础上采用心理护理与健康教育,可降低患者不良情绪的发生,提高患者的治疗效果。
