目的：研究瘢痕子宫妊娠并发前置胎盘对妊娠结局的影响。方法：选取我院收治的60例前置胎盘患者作为研究对象，分为观察组（瘢痕子宫妊娠）30例和对照组（非瘢痕子宫妊娠）30例。结果：观察组患者剖宫率100．00％，患者产后未出血为8例，安全率为26．67％，对照组患者剖宫率为66．67％，产后未出血为19例，安全率为63．33％，观察组健康新生儿率26．67％，观察组新生儿健康率62．50％，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：瘢痕子宫并发前置胎盘会给孕妇及围生儿带来严重影响，干扰妊娠结局。%Objective:to study the scar pregnancy complicated by uterine placenta previa effects on pregnancy outcome.Methods:selection of 60 patients with placenta previa were admitted in a hospital as the research object,is divided into observation group (scar uterine pregnancy)30 cases and control group (not a scar uterine pregnancy)cases in each group 30 cases.Results:observation group of patients with cutting palace rate 100.00%,patients with postpartum bleeding for 8 cases,safety factor is 26.67%,control group patients with cutting palace at a rate of66.67%,postpartum hemorrhage for 19 cases,safety factor is 63.33%,obser-vation group of healthy newborn rate 26.67%,observation group newborn health rate is 62.50%,compared the two groups statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:scar uterus and placenta previa will have serious impact on for pregnant women and the perinatal infants,interfere with pregnancy outcome.
