During the first half of 2021,the total sales of China’s game industry reached RMB 150.493 billion,up by 7.89%.On July 29,GPC and the China Game Industry Research Institute co-issued the January-June 2021 Report on China’s Game Industry(hereinafter called“report”).The report shows that as the innovation mechanism keeps improving,the quality of self-developed game products of Chinese game companies has also been enhanced.The product competitiveness keeps increasing and the Chinese games have achieved tremendous success in the overseas market.The Chinese digital entertainment industry exhibits the“smile curve”and has very thriving prospects for development.
