Since the China Non-Ferrous Metal Industry Corporation was founded, it has always adhered to the development principle of "Science and technology are a production force" and "Economic construction must rely on science and technology progress and science and technology must serve economic construction in return" to enhance the reform in the scientific research system. With support from the State and
