Due to the impact of COVID-19,a lot of foreign governments have declared a public health emergency,with strict restrictions on the travel of people and temporary closing of some overseas culture and tourism institutions.Accordingly,the China s overseas culture and tourism institutions quickly changed their work ideas and work patterns by placing the prevention and control of COVID-19 as the top priority and suspending the offline training courses and cultural activities.They carried out their work by internet and social media,with the exploration of new work pattern.
