China Performing Arts Agency undertakes cultural exchange between governments and peoplesof all countries and commercial performances.Its purpose is through organizing exchangeactivities of Chinese and foreign Performing groups and artists to improve the development ofinternational and domestic culture,to promote understanding and friendship between peoples of allcountries,to develop close relations with compatriots in Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan,and to makea greater contribution to world peace and progress.During the past 35 years,since the founding of China Performing Arts Agency,it has sent abouta thousand art groups with 43,000 members to 140 countries and regions and received 700 art groupswith 22,000 members from more than 80 countries and regions.Among them were many highly ratedart groups and famous artists,such as Galina Ulanova,Herbert von Karajan,Seiji Ozawa, Uday Shankar,Luciano Pavarotti and Placido Domingo.The exchange visits introduced Chinese culture,and alongwith it the people’s efforts i
