The impacts of flour filler and kaolin filler on bonding strength, damage rate, and bonding strength of phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF) were studied. The feasibility of using kaolin as adhesive filler was discussed. Results showed that bonding strength of plywood first raise then drop with the increasing kaolin filler content, and the maximum strength was reached at 15% mixing ratio. Under the same mixing ratio, kaolin filler exhibited better performance over flour filler.%探讨了高岭土用作胶黏剂填料的可行性,并比较了面粉、高岭土不同用量对酚醛树脂(PF)胶合板胶合强度、木材破坏率、浸渍剥离性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着高岭土填料含量的增加,胶合板的胶合强度有先变大后变小的趋势,且在15%时胶合强度最大;填料比例相同的情况下,以高岭土作为填料生产的胶台能优于以面粉作为填料生产的胶合板。
