一种实木复合地板基材用改性脲醛树脂胶的合成

摘要

Effects of the contents of polyvinyl alcohol and melamine on flooring substrate properties were investigated.Under the refined protocol,the end products exhibited consistent physical property,met the requirements in LY/T 1738—2008,and reached grade E1 for formaldehyde emission.%研究了聚乙烯醇和三聚氰胺添加量对改性脲醛树脂及地板基材性能的影响,确定了制备实木复合地板基材用三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶的制备工艺,其制得地板基材的物理力学性能稳定,且达到LY/T 1738—2008《实木复合地板用胶合板》的规定要求,甲醛释放量达到E1级要求。
