制盐Ⅱ效冷凝水综合利用之我见

摘要

Based on the analysis of the condensate process flow of Effect I and Effect II of CNSIC Wuyang 600000 tpa vacuum salt making system, this paper proposes a control principle for the comprehensive utilization of the condensate from Effect II that ＂priority is given to boiler, storage is taken into account and the surplus is flashed in the next effect＂. This idea is unique and easy to be realize,which can make full use of the condensate from Effect II and the result of energy saving and emission reduction is obvious.%通过剖析中盐舞阳60万吨真空制盐IⅡ效冷凝水工艺流程，提出在Ⅱ效冷凝水综合利用上，遵循“优先锅炉、兼顾储备、多余顺效闪发”的控制原则。该理念见解独到、实现容易，实际运行中Ⅱ效冷凝水可得到最大限度的利用．节能减排效果明显。
