设备管理工作的探索和实践

摘要

通过对中盐东兴盐化股份有限公司多年来设备管理工作的总结、分析，阐明要得到设备综合效率和寿命周期的经济性的目的，必须研究设备发生发展的整个过程，采用系统的分析方法，调动全员的共同参与．寻求一套适合本企业实际的科学有效的管理手段和方法。%Through the conclusion and analysis of several years equipment management work in CNSIC Dongxing Salt and Chemical Co.,Ltd, this paper states that in order to obtain equipment comprehensive efficiency and economy life period, we have to study the whole life of the equipment by taking systematic analysis method, mobilizing full staff participation and seraching for a set of scientific and efficient management methods and measures that fit for the actual situation of the enterprise.
