聚磺黄泥浆在岩盐钻井中的应用

摘要

Polysulfonate drilling fluid system consists of inhibitor type and dispersant type.Inhibitor type includes polymer treatment agent and inorganic salts such as KCl which mainly inhibit the stratum pulping, thus it is benefit for the stable of stratu.By the application of inhibitors in the drilling of rock salt, it presents that the inhibitors has strong inhibition and which greatly reduces the incidence of downhole, and improves the quality and rheology of the mud cake under high temperature and pressure. Thus it contributes to the improvement of drilling speed and stability of borehole , and which has good resistance to temperature and salt resistance.%聚磺钻井液体系的组成包括抑制剂类和分散剂类，抑制剂类包括各种聚合物处理剂及KCl等无机盐，其作用主要抑制地层造浆，从而有利于地层的稳定。通过对其在在盐岩钻井中的应用，表明其有较强的抑制性，并大大地减少了井下复杂情况的发生。又对其在高温高压下的泥饼质量和流变性能进行了改进，从而有利于深井钻速的提高和井壁的稳定，并具有很好的抗温抗盐能力。
