输卤泵技术改造总结

摘要

输卤泵是晶昊公司采区输送原卤至盐硝的主要设备，投入运行以来满足不了生产技术要求，并且故障率很高，制约生产并产生检修成本上升，通过对实际运行工况与设计工况进行分析计算，认为对水泵进行技改可以节能降耗、稳定生产，实施后效果良好。%Brine transportation pump is the main equipment to transport raw brine to the salt and Glauber's salt production area in the mining area of Jinghao Company. Since put it into the production , it can not meet the technical requirements;the failure rate is very high, and the cost for maintenance is raising . Through the analysis and calculation of the actual operating conditions and design conditions, it is considered that the technological transformation of the water pump can save energy and reduce consumption, and the effect is good.
