层状盐层造腔提速技术研究及应用

             

摘要

Salt cavern gas storage in our country is for layered salt formations. The salt rock grade is low;cavity making speed is low; and it will cost about 4 years to built a 20 million square cavity which can not meet the needs of the construction of the underground gas storage in our country. There is an urgent need to seek new cavity building methods to accelerate the speed of layered salt cavern gas storage speed. This paper makes the salt cavern gas storage solution cavity mechanism analysis and puts forward the four fast cavity making methods of the reaming, rapid tool for the dissolution promotion, large borehole cavity making. Cavity building analysis and evaluation of the reaming and rapid tool for the solubilization effect of field application, and this paper proposes large borehole cavity and double well cavity making technology which suits multi interbedded salt cavern storage in our country .Study shows that fast making technology of cavity is good for reducing the salt cavern construction period, saving construction funds which plays an important role in improving the construction efficiency.%我国盐穴储气库为层状盐层建库,盐岩品位低且夹层多,造腔速度慢,建造20万方的腔体约需4年,不能满足我国地下储气库建设的需要,迫切需要寻求新的造腔方法加快多夹层盐穴储气库造腔速度。文中对盐穴储气库溶腔机理进行分析;提出了采用扩眼、快速工具促溶、大井眼造腔、双井造腔等四种造腔提速方法,分析评价了采用扩眼及快速工具促溶现场应用效果,提出了适合我国多夹层盐穴储气库建库的大井眼造腔及双井造腔技术。研究表明,快速造腔技术对于缩短我国盐穴建库周期,节省建库资金,提高建库效益具有重要的意义。
