枯竭油气藏储气库X井低密高强度水泥浆固井应用实践

         

摘要

X井是某枯竭油气藏储气库的一口注采气井,属于苏北盆地金湖凹陷北部斜坡刘庄构造位置。由于储气库注采气井的井身寿命要求长、运行工况条件苛刻、储层和盖层封固质量要求高,所在区块地层压力系数低、储气库完井需要全井封固,固井存在水泥浆易窜槽、井下容易发生漏失、水泥浆设计困难、灰量大、施工时间长等施工难点。为防止固井期间井下发生漏失,优选使用低密高强度水泥浆,配套相应的技术措施,经过现场应用实践,固井质量优质,满足完井固井技术要求。%X well is a gas injection and exploitation well of a depleted oil and gas reservoir, which is located in the Liu Zhuang construction of northern slope of the Jinhu depression of Subei Basin. Due to the gas injection and exploitation well requires long service life, harsh operating conditions, reservoir and cap layer sealing high quality requirements, where blocks the formation pressure coefficient is low;gas storage well completion need full well cementing,;cementing existing cement paste is easy to channel;underground is prone to leakage;it is difficult to design water mud, ash content, long construction time etc, in order to prevent underground leakage during cementing, it is preferable to use low density and high strength cement slurry, matching the corresponding technical measures. After the field practice, cementing quality meet completion and cementing technology requirements.
