提高重庆地区中深井钻井效率的探讨

摘要

During deep well drilling in Chongqing area, we found a series of problems such as low ROP, long drilling cycle, poor wellbore quality, reservoir pollution and so on. These problems influence the resources development pace in the region. Base on the analysis of the main factors that influencing the drilling efficient ,this paper propose the main methods to improve the drilling efficient including accurately describe the drilling geological environmental factors, bit selection, optimization of well structure design and assembly etc.. Field application shows that, drilling efficiency of the deep well in the Chongqing area is improved obviously, and formed a set of safe and fast drilling technology measures.%重庆地区中深井钻井过程中，存在机械钻速低、钻井周期长、井身质量差、储层污染严重等问题。影响了该地区的资源开发步伐。在分析影响重庆地区钻井效率的主要因素的基础上，给出了提高钻井效率的主要对策，包括准确描述钻井地质环境因素、优选钻头类型、优化井身结构设计和钻具组合等。现场应用表明，重庆地区的中深井钻井效率明显提高，并初步形成了一套安全快速钻井工艺技术措施。
