乌江干流水电开发规划中的绿色水电理念

The planning project of mainstream of Wu River was a large scale river planning project approved over 20 years ago. Green Hydro Electronic Concept, judging by now, is reflected to some extent in guiding ideology, drafted river development mission, cascade layout, environmental impact evaluation and advice on water conservation, This further proves the cutting edge and advanced level represented by the second-class National Scientific and Technological Progress Award earned by Planning Report of Mainstream of Wu River. It has great significance to promote and draw lessons from the Green Hydro Electronic Concept and the follow-up work experience of environmental protection.%乌江干流规划是我国20多年前审批的大型河流规划。乌江干流规划的指导思想以及规划拟定的河流开发任务、梯级总体布局方案、环境影响评价和水资源保护意见,现在来看都体现了一定的绿色水电的理念。这也进一步验证了《乌江干流规划报告》获得国家科技进步二等奖所代表的超前性与先进性。乌江水电开发规划的绿色水电理念及后续的环境保护工作实践经验,有推广和借鉴意义。
