长河坝水电站高边坡预应力锚索及锚杆在造孔施工中,由于地质条件差,岩石破碎,孔内常塌孔,不易成孔。在固壁灌浆工艺施工中,浆液结石待凝时间按照设计技术要求需达到5 MPa后才能扫孔钻进,待凝时间占造孔总施工时间的43%以上。本文通过对室内试验与现场扫孔情况进行对比分析,合理解决了锚固成孔固壁水泥强度和待凝时间标准问题,降低了工程造价,加快了施工进度。%Since geological conditions are poor,rocks are crushed easily,holes are always collapsed inside,holes can not be formed easily during high slope pre-stressed anchor and anchor bar in-progress hole construction in Changheba Hydropower Station.Holes can be swept and drilled while the pressure reaches 5 MPa in line with design technology requirements aiming at slurry stone coagulation time.Coagulation time should account for more than 43% of the total hole formation construction time.Indoor test is compared with site hole sweeping condition for analysis in the paper.Anchor hole formation wall solidification cement strength and coagulation time standard should be rationally solved,thereby lowering project construction cost and accelerating construction progress.
