浅析黔中水利平寨水电站钢岔管质量控制

摘要

平寨水电站岔管制作及安装，通过对WDB620高强钢岔管原材料的检测和生产性工艺试验及评定，加强了过程控制，并根据振动时效应和第三方检测单位的检测和评价意见，组织召开了岔管免做水压试验专家论证会，为工程节省工期和降低费用提供决策依据，保证了岔管质量。%Process control is strengthened through detection on WDB620 high-strength steel bifurcated pipe raw materials as well as production process test and evaluation aiming at bifurcated pipe fabrication and installation in Pingzhai hydropower station.Bifurcated pipe hydrostatic test exemption expert discussion meeting is organized and convened according to vibration aging effect as well as detection and evaluation opinions of a third detection unit,thereby providing decision-making basis for saving construction duration and lowering cost in the project,and ensuring bifurcated pipe quality.
