机床制造企业降低设计成本的研究

摘要

中国设计生产出来的机床成本很高，所以在产品设计的过程中，如何降低设计成本是很多企业需要考虑的问题。根据精益设计理论，在研究了中国机床制造企业设计流程和流程分析的基础上，分析了设计流程中增值与非增值部分，构建了一个新的设计流程体系，并在XJ公司中进行了验证。%China design produced by the machine cost is very high, so in the process of product design, how to reduce the design cost is the need to consider many problems of enterprises.
