中国钨矿资源节约与综合利用的思考

摘要

深入贯彻落实科学发展观,坚持"在保护中开发、在开发中保护"的方针,提高资源保障能力和资源综合利用水平,促进中国钨业全面、协调、健康、可持续发展,努力使中国钨资源大国转变为钨工业强国,是中国钨业"十二五"发展期间,乃至更长时期的重要目标和战略任务.本文分析了中国钨矿资源节约与综合利用的现状,提出了中国钨矿资源节约与综合利用规划建议目标以及重点领域和方向.%The key objectives and strategic tasks for China tungsten industry in the 12th Five-year-plan are as the follows: to improve resource protection capability and comprehensive utilization level by carrying out the scientific development outlook; to transform China into a power of tungsten industry; to facilitate the all-round, coordinated,healthy and sustainable development of China tungsten industry.This paper puts forward the objectives, key fields and major directions in the 12th Five-year-plan for China tungsten resource's conservation and comprehensive utilization.
