W18O49纳米颗粒的制备及体内外光热生物成像研究

         

摘要

In order to simplify the preparation process,W18O49 nanoparticles with bundle-like structure were prepared by one-step hydrothermal synthesis using WCl6 as tungsten source.The phase composition,microstructure,absorption spectra,photothermal properties were detected by X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),spectrophotometer (UV-Vis-NIR) and photothermal imager (PTI).The results show that W18O49 nanoparticles have single phase structure,high purity,good stability and uniform morphology.The absorption band of W18O49 nanoparticles is between 780 nm and 1 100 nm.Under the irradiation of 980 nm near-infrared light,W18O49 nanoparticles methanol solution has obvious temperature rising phenomenon,and the photothermal conversion ability is strong.The viability of L929 nanoparticles was higher than 94 % in the range of 500 g/mL,indicating that W18O49 nanoparticles have good biocompatibility.Under laser irradiation,W18O49 nanoparticles exhibit gradient thermal images,showing their in vivo & in vitro thermal imaging ability are strong.%为了简化W18O49纳米颗粒的制备工艺流程,以WCl6为钨源,采用一步水热合成方式,制备出了具有类似纳米束捆绑结构的W18O49纳米颗粒.其相组成、显微组织形貌、吸收光谱、光热性能分别通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、分光光度计(UV-Vis-NIR)和热成像仪(PTI)进行检测.结果表明,W18O49纳米颗粒物相结构单一、纯度高、稳定性好、形貌均匀.其吸收光谱带在780~1 100 nm之间.在980 nm近红外光照射下,W18O.纳米颗粒甲醇溶液具有明显的升温现象,光热转换能力强.W18O49纳米颗粒在500 μg/mL范围内L929细胞存活率均高于94%,说明其具有良好的生物相容性.W18O49纳米颗粒在激光照射下呈现梯度热像,说明其生物体内外热成像能力强.
