钨细泥中钨锡综合回收的试验研究

     

摘要

With the long-term utilization of tungsten resources, the shortage and urgency of those is gradually highlighted. Therefore, the rational and efficient use of resources and the recovery of tungsten slime should be strengthened imminently. According to the characteristics of the ore properties of a tungsten slime, the processes of sulfide floatation-shacking table reselection process and sulfide floatation-centrifugal concentrator separation process were compared in this paper. The results showed that the tungsten-tin concentrate with WO3 grade of 26.01% and recovery of 76.74%, Sn grade of 9.91%and recovery of 53.14%were obtained by using the principle process of sulfide floatation-centrifugal concentrator separation, respectively.%随着钨资源的长期开发利用,其资源的短缺性和紧迫性逐渐凸显出来,合理高效地利用钨资源、加强钨细泥的回收迫在眉睫.根据钨细泥的矿石性质特点,对某钨矿的原次生细泥进行了硫化矿浮选-摇床重选和硫化矿浮选-离心机重选两种选矿工艺的对比试验,试验结果表明:采用硫化矿浮选-离心机重选的全流程试验,可获得含钨26.01%、含锡9.91%,回收率分别为76.73%、53.14%的钨锡精矿,实现了钨细泥中钨锡的综合回收.
