Source from China Textile releases that a delegation from the Spinners Committee of International Textile Manufactureres Federation(ITMF),as co-headed by Dr.Christian Schindler, general director of ITMF,and Mr.Andrew G.Macdonald, chairman of the Spinners Committee,will start a cotton study tour to China from Oct.14-20 this autumn.
