The 19th China International Man-Made Fiber Conference(CIMFC)(Tongxiang 2013)kicked off in this September in Tongxiang City,Zhejiang province.Themed on"Injecting Fresh Vigor into the Chemical Fiber Industry Under the Copmplex Environment–Technology,Energy,Low Carbon and Brand Building",the conference,taking the current complex domestic and international economic and market environment into consideration and a key factor to
