微波原位生成纳米ZnO整理棉织物实验研究

             

摘要

本文利用改性超支化聚合物PNP和Zn(NO3)2为原料,通过微波法在棉织物中原位控制生成纳米ZnO,实现对织物的功能化整理。优化了其整理工艺,对整理后的棉织物进行了表征,测试了整理棉织物的抗紫外和抗菌性能。%This paper describes a method of functional finishing of cotton fabrics via microwave assisted in-situ generation of ZnO nanoparticles in them. The modified hyperbranched polymer (PNP) and zinc nitrate were used as the reagents. The reaction conditions were optimized. The treated cotton fabrics were characterized and their UV protection properties and antibacterial activities were measured.
