针织技术在医用纺织品领域的应用与研究

摘要

Knitting technology plays a significant role in the production of medical textiles. Knitted medical products have even stronger competitive superiority due to the following advantages, including excellent performance of the fabric, wide selection range of materials, good shaping possibility, and design flexibility. This article introduced some applied examples of knitted medical products developed at home and abroad in three major categories including warp-knitted, circular weft-knitted and flat weft-knitted by discussing their materials, structures, designs and knitting technologies.%针织技术在医用纺织品领域一直占据着重要位置，由于织物性能优良、原料应用范围广、成形性好、设计灵活，在医用产品方面具有较强的竞争优势。文章介绍了国内外研发的一些医用针织品的实例，包括经编、圆纬机、横机三大类产品，内容涉及其原料、织物结构、设计和编织工艺等。
