聚苯硫醚长丝的光及热稳定性研究

             

摘要

PS fiber is an ideal high temperature-resistant filtration material. The paper investigates the photostability and thermal stability of PPS as-spun ifber by means of surface morphology observation and mechanical property test. The results show that after dry and hot air treatment, the elongation at break of PPS ifber varies greatly and the breaking tenacity changed slightly, while boiling water treatment has signiifcant influence on the breaking tenacity but little influence on the elongation at break. Therefore, PPS fiber is suitable for being used as filtration material under dry and hot environment. After light treatment, both breaking tenacity and elongation at break of PPS ifber decrease signiifcantly, and the photostability is poor, so PPS ifber is not suitable for being directly exposed to outdoor environment.%聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维是耐高温过滤材料的首选原料。本文通过表面形态观测和力学性能测试,研究了聚苯硫醚初生长丝的热稳定性和光稳定性。结果表明,干热空气处理对PPS长丝的断裂伸长率影响较大,而对断裂强度的影响较小;沸水处理显著影响纤维的断裂强度而断裂伸长率变化较小。因此,PPS长丝适于干热环境下的过滤材料。经光照处理后,PPS长丝的断裂强力和断裂伸长率均显著下降,其光稳定性较差,不适于直接暴露在日光下的户外环境。
