生物医用水凝胶敷料的研究现状与应用前景

摘要

Compared with traditional dressings, hydrogel dressings can keep the wounds in a moist environment and have obvious advantages in water vapor permeability, anti-infection property, biocompatibility property, and self-debridement property, etc. This paper mainly introduces the research status and application prospects of four new-type biomedical hydrogel dressings, including anti-infection hydrogel dressings, intelligent hydrogel dressings, composite hydrogel dressings and adsorptive hydrogel dressings. And then, this paper looks forward to the development direction of new-type biomedical hydrogel dressings.%与传统敷料相比,水凝胶敷料能够保持创面的湿润环境,在水气通透性、抗菌性、生物相容性及自体清创方面等具有明显的优势.文章重点介绍了抗菌性水凝胶敷料、智能水凝胶敷料、复合水凝胶敷料以及吸附性水凝胶敷料等 4 种新型生物医用水凝胶敷料的研究现状及应用前景,对新型生物医用水凝胶敷料的发展进行了展望,并提出未来可进一步研究的方向.
