采用高效陶瓷粒子GT-96与锦纶载体混合造粒,制成远红外母粒,探讨了陶瓷粒子与 锦纶共混纺丝工艺条件。结果表明:含0.6%GT-96的PA6共混物具有良好的可纺性,其纺丝 温 度262℃,纺丝速度450 m/min,拉伸倍数3.6倍,纤维物理性能 稍有下降,但能满足纺织加工和服用的要求。%The high-effect ceramic particle GT-96 was employed to bl end with PA6 and chip into far-infrared PA6 masterbatch. The spinning technolog y of the blend of ceramic particle and PA6 was studied. The result shows th at the blend of 0.6% GT-96/PA6 has fine spinnability. Compared with pure PA6 f iber, the mechanical properties of the far-infrared PA6 fiber decrease slightly , but meet the demand of apparel and textile industry when the spinning paramete rs are selected as: spinning temperature 262℃, spinning velocity 450 m/min and draw ratio 3.6.
