在高强超低缩聚己二酰己二胺( PA66)纤维生产中,对比分析了高频感应加热拉伸辊和工频感应加热拉伸辊的性能,探讨了其对可纺性及产品质量的影响.结果表明:高频热辊的纵向、圆周向温差均小于工频热辊,电机及线圈的使用寿命长;对比工频热辊,采用高频热辊生产高强超低缩PA66纤维,可纺性和产品质量明显提高,纤维断裂强度达7.92 cN/dtex,热收缩率为4.1%,优等品率达93.3%.%The performance of high-frequency hot roller and power-frequency hot roller was compared and analyzed during the production of high-strength ultralow-shrinkge polyhexamethylene adipamide ( PA66 ) fiber. The effect of their performance on the product quality and spinnabilitj was discussed. The results showed that high-frequency hot roller had lower longitudinal and circumferential temperature difference and longer motor and coil service life than power-frequency hot roller; as compared with power-frequency hot roller, high-frequency hot roller contributed much higher spinnability and product quality to high-strength ultralow-shrinkage PA66 fiber; the produced fiber had breaking strength of 7.92 cN/dtex, hot shrinkage of 4. 1% and top-quality rate up to 93.3%.
