羊毛角蛋白液涂覆处理涤纶的亲水性研究

     

摘要

利用三羧乙基膦(TCEP)和亚硫酸氢钠溶解羊毛制备羊毛角蛋白溶液;采用羊毛角蛋白液涂覆处理涤纶,改善涤纶的亲水性.结果表明:采用体积分数为10%的羊毛角蛋白液涂覆处理涤纶织物,织物平均增重率大于9%,织物的回潮率由0.57%提高到7.16%,吸湿性明显改善;采用TG酶交联角蛋白液涂覆处理织物,可改善其耐洗性;TG酶交联角蛋白的最佳工艺为:TG酶用量1g,交联时间5h,交联液pH值为7;经扫描电镜观察和X射线光电子能谱分析,羊毛角蛋白对涤纶有很好的粘附.%Wool keratin solution was prepared by dissolving wool in presence of tris(2-carboxyethyl) phosphine(TCEP) and sodium bisulfite. Polyester fiber was coated with keratin solution in order to improve the hydrophilicity of the fiber. The results showed that after coating with 10% wool keratin solution by volume fraction, the polyester fabric had the average weight gain a-bove 9% , the moisture regain increasing from 0.57% to 7. 16% and the hydrophilicity profoundly improved; the washing resistance of the fabric can be improved by coating with TC enzyme-crosslinked keratin solution; and the optimal crosslinking process of keratin solution with TG enzyme was; TG enzyme dosage 1 g, crosslinking time 5 h, crosslinking solution pH value of 7. Observed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry, wool keratin showed an excellent adhesion on the surface of polyester fiber.
