壬基酚甲醛低聚物磺酸盐的制备及性能研究

     

摘要

Sulfonates of nonylphenol - formaldehyde oligomer ( SNPFO) was prepared with nonylphenol, formaldehyde and oleum as starting materials. Adopting electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, composition of the prepared product was analyzed as disulfonates of nonylphenol - formaldehyde dimer, trimer and tetramer. Surface tension, emulsifying power and foam properties of SNPFO were measured and compared with that of LAS. Results showed that cmc of SNPFO is 0. 15 g · L-1 ,and γcmc of SNPFO is 31. 45 mN · m-1. Emulsified index between SNPFO and simulated crude oil achieves 2. 38. Foaming power and foam stability of SNPFO are all lowerer than that of LAS at 20 ℃ , but equivalent to that of LAS at 95 ℃.%以壬基酚、甲醛和发烟硫酸为原料制备了壬基酚甲醛低聚物磺酸盐(SNPFO).采用电喷雾质谱确定了其组成为壬基酚甲醛二、三和四聚双磺酸盐.测定了其表面张力、乳化力和泡沫性能并与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)进行了比较.结果表明,SNPFO水溶液的cmc为0.15g·L-1,γcmc为31.45 mN·m-1;对模拟原油的乳化指数为2.38;20℃下SNPFO的起泡性和泡沫稳定性均不及LAS,95℃下SNPFO的起泡性和泡沫稳定性与LAS相当.
