Understanding and Implementing GB/T 27301-2008 Food Safety Management System—Requirements for Meat and Meat Product Establishments This book contains a full description of the items presented in GB/T 27301-2008. Each chapter of the book is divided into two or three sections. First, for the convenience of the readers, the items of the standard are listed directly, followed by their explanations. Examples are included when necessary to help readers understand and master the standard' scontent. This book can be used as a textbook for the certification of organizations and for training institutions. In addition, it can be used as a reference book for manufacturers, inspectors, managers, meat handlers, and meat product establishments.
