Beijing Mayor Liu Qi, who heads the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee (BOCOG),said that Beijing should consider both the host's specific circumstances and experience of past Olympic cities. The themes of Green Olympics, Hi-tech Olympics, People's Olympics show that we are indeed learning from past Olympic hosts, said Liu.
