抗菌性大分子紫外线吸收剂的合成及性能

         

摘要

A novel water-soluble macromolecular ultraviolet absorber PVAm-g-UV-0 with antimicrobial property has been designed and synthesized with 2-hydroxybenzophenone as UV absorbing group and polyvinylamine (PVAm) as antimicrobial functional compounds and grafting backbone. PVAm-g-UV-0 was synthesized through two steps. Epoxy group was first introducd to 2,4- dihydroxybenzophenone to prepare the intermediate 2-hydroxy-4(2,3-epoxypropoxy)-benzophenone. Then the intermediate was introduced to PVAm through reaction of the epoxy group and the amino group of PVAm to yield the target product PVAm-g-UV-0. The conditions for preparing the product were optimized by studying the solvent ratio, addition of alkali, reaction temperature, dosage of reactant, etc. 2-hydroxybenzophenone was confirmed to be grafted onto PVAm through IR and UV spectroscopy. Performance test shows that PVAm-g-UV-0 has wide adsorption within UV area and good antimicrobial property.%  以2-羟基二苯甲酮为紫外线吸收功能基,以聚乙烯胺(PVAm)为大分子骨架和抗菌功能基,合成了兼具抗菌功能的水溶性大分子紫外线吸收剂PVAm-g-UV-0.PVAm-g-UV-0的制备分两步,首先在2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)结构中引入环氧基,制备反应中间体2-羟基-4(2,3-环氧丙氧基)二苯甲酮(Epoxy-UV-0);然后通过环氧基与PVAm侧链上的氨基反应,将UV-0引入PVAm,合成目标大分子PVAm-g-UV-0.并优化了溶剂比、加碱量、反应温度、投料量等反应条件.PVAm-g-UV-0经过FT-IR、UV吸收光谱分析证明2-羟基二苯甲酮结构已连接到PVAm上.性能测试显示制备的功能分子PVAm-g-UV-0不但在紫外区具有广泛的吸收,而且具有良好的抑菌性.
