为进行煤岩的模拟截割试验,基于相似理论,进行了模拟截割材料的配制。在以天然煤样抗压强度为基准的基础上,采用天然粉煤、水泥和水为原材料进行模拟截割材料的研制,研究了模拟截割材料抗压强度和粉煤与水泥配比间的关系。研究结果表明,随着粉煤与水泥配比的增大,截割材料的抗压强度呈指数形式下降。%Based on the similarity theory, an analogy cutting material was made for cutting test. The compressive strength of nature coal was taked as a criterion, and the analogy cutting material was developed with fine coal, cement and water as starting materials. The relationship between the compressive strength of the analogy material and the ratio of fine coal to cement was studied. The results indicate that the compressive strength of the analogy material decrease with the ratio of fine coal to cement increasing, showing an exponent form.
