高温后掺橡胶粉 C60高性能混凝土的导热性能研究

         

摘要

分别对不同掺量的橡胶粉高性能混凝土和基准高性能混凝土的导热系数和表观密度进行试验研究,分析其表观密度、导热系数随温度的变化规律及二者之间的相关性。结果表明:高温后掺橡胶粉的高性能混凝土和基准高性能混凝土的表观密度和导热系数均成下降趋势;在500~600℃,掺和不掺橡胶粉的高性能混凝土导热系数下降均明显,且掺橡胶粉对混凝土导热系数降幅影响较显著;初步推断,高性能混凝土的表观密度与导热系数二者之间具有较好的线性相关性,利用二者的拟合公式来推算导热系数具有较高的可靠度。%In this study,the thermal diffusivity and apparent density of high performance concrete (HPC)with waste rubber pow-der and plain HPC were evaluated.The variation of apparent density and thermal diffusivity with temperature was analyzed,and the correlation between apparent density and thermal diffusivity was also analyzed.The results indicate that the apparent density and thermal diffusivity of HPC with waste rubber powder and plain HPC all show downward trends after elevated temperature. The thermal diffusivity of HPC with or without waste rubber powder was obviously decreased between 500 ℃ and 600 ℃.The influence of rubber powder on the thermal diffusivity of concrete was more obvious.The apparent density and thermal diffusivity of high performance concrete have a good linear correlation and using the fitting formula to calculate the thermal diffusivity has a higher degree of reliability.
