安徽省科技报告制度建设若干问题的思考

摘要

This paper summarizes the construction of scientific and technical report system in Anhui province, from the policy system, organization and management, standard system, work system, shared services, sum up the achievements of the scientific and technical report system in Anhui province. The paper points out that the problems of Anhui province scientific and technical report system construction work in policy formulation, workflow management, incentive mechanism, responsibility division, in the end, the paper proposes some Countermeasures of construction of Anhui province scientific and technical report system.%本文对安徽省科技报告制度建设工作进行了总结,分别从政策制度、组织管理、标准体系、工作系统、共享服务方面总结了安徽省科技报告制度建设取得的成效,指出安徽省科技报告制度建设工作在政策制定、工作流程管理、激励机制、职责分工等方面存在的问题,并针对性地提出安徽省科技报告制度建设的对策与建议.
