Jiyou 225 is a new hybrid late indica rice variety with fine quality, high-yielding and high resistance, bred by rice research institute, Jiangxi academy of agricultural sciences. This paper introduced the major characteristics and high-yielding cultivation and F 1 seed production techniques of Jiyou 225.%吉优225是江西省农科院水稻研究所育成的杂交晚籼新组合，具有米质优、产量高、抗性强等特点。本文介绍了其主要特征特性，同时总结了其高产栽培及制种技术要点。
