硅肥对早稻群体生产力和镉吸收的影响

         

摘要

稻田Cd污染是粮食安全和人类健康的巨大威胁之一。为探讨稻米降镉技术,本试验以海藻液硅为肥料,系统研究了硅肥施用对早稻两优1号群体生产力和镉吸收的影响。结果表明,喷施海藻液硅可以显著提高水稻秧苗素质和产量,与CK相比,分蘖数和白根数分别增加了44.5%和22.6%,产量和实粒数分别增加了11.7%和5.4%。同时,喷施海藻液硅处理可以显著阻控稻谷和稻米的镉吸收量,与CK相比,海藻液硅处理中稻谷和稻米中Cd含量分别下降了27.6%和32.4%。%Cd (cadmium) pollution in paddy soil is one of most threat to food safety and human health, and it was necessary to find one technology for cadmium reduction in soil and rice. Therefore, one field experiment was set up to research the effects of silicon fer-tilizer on grain yield and cadmium content in rice. The results showed that, appliacation of silicon fertilizer could improve significantly tiller and white root number, and they were increased than CK treatment by 44.5% and 22.6%, the grian yield and filled grains were rised by 11.7% and 5.4%, respectively. However, application of silicon fertilizer could significantly reduced cadmium uptake of rice. Compared with the CK treatment, Cd content of rice in Si fertilization was decreased by 27.6%~32.4%. This indicated that silicon fer-tilizer could not only improve the population quality and the grain yield of rice, but also significantly decline cadmium uptake.
