污水处理“按质论价”的经验及启示

摘要

以江苏省昆山市为例，阐述了污水处理“按质论价”制度实施所取得的经验，并就其进一步深化推广，引申至污水厂提标、污泥处置、环境服务、区域限批等其它环境管理方面，同时提出了相关建议。%Kunshan as the example, this paper expounds experience in the system “paid according to the quality in sewage treatment”. In order to further deepen the promotion, extending to index, sludge disposal, environmental services, environmental service, this paper also put forward some suggestions.
