用毛竹边角料生产漂白硫酸盐浆

摘要

对毛竹边角料进行了硫酸盐法蒸煮制浆实验室研究和生产试验研究.结果表明,在一定工艺条件下,毛竹边角材纤维可作为竹浆生产原料,生产出的化学毛竹浆可满足文化用纸生产的工艺要求,但为了保证竹浆质量和生产成本,毛竹边角料竹节率宜在20%以内,最高不超过25%.%Both of the lab experiment and production trial test of kraft pulping using Moso bamboo leftover as material were carned out. The results indicated that; Moso bamboo leftover can be used for the raw material of bamboo pulp, and the chemical pulp can meet the technical requinnents of the medium and high grade paper products such as cultural papers etc. And in order to guarantee the quality and production cost of bamboo pulp, the nodes rate of Moso bamboo leftover material should be in control of less than 20% , the highest should not be exceeded 25%.
