一种新的烘缸加热蒸汽供汽方式

         

摘要

高速纸机烘缸内的加热蒸汽采用汽刀式供汽方式,设计了特制的汽刀装置和喷管,在烘缸内使加热蒸汽从喷管板上的一排喷管喷出,形成汽刀斜向冲击冷凝水环层,削薄水环层的厚度,减小水环层热量传递的阻力,也有利于虹吸器吸嘴吸入冷凝水,及时有效地排除烘缸内的冷凝水.通过喷管设计计算,得出了加热蒸汽的供给参数和烘缸内的蒸汽参数、汽刀的喷出速度和削薄水环的厚度,各参数数值合理,能达到预期效果.%Stream for heating the cylinders of high speed paper machine was provided by the steam-knife gas supply device. The special "steam-knife" device and nozzle were designed in order to make sure the stream could spray from the row of nozzles in the cylinder,and form the steam-knife to attack the water ring obliquely. In that way,the thickness of the water ring could be reduced,the resistance of the heat transfer of the water ring could be decreased. At the same time,it would be beneficial to absorb the condensate water by the suction nozzle of the siphon,and realize removing the condensate water in the cylinder timely and effectively. Through the calculation of the design of the nozzle,the supply parameters of the heating steam and the steam parameters inside the cylinder were obtained,as well as the spraying speed of the steam knife and the thickness of the Reducing water ring. All the parameters were reasonable and would reach the expected effect.
