研究了聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)两种不同类型的阴离子垃圾捕集剂对APMP浆料Zeta电位、阳离子需求量、浆料滤水性和填料留着率的影响.结果表明:PEI和PAC是两种较好的阴离子垃圾捕集剂,可有效中和阴离子垃圾的负电荷,但也有一部分被带负电的纤维所吸附.PEI和PAC的使用不仅可以降低APMP浆料体系的阳离子需求量,还可以改善浆料的滤水性,并提高填料的首程留着率.相对而言,PEI的使用效果明显优于PAC,PEI的用量以0.1%~0.2%为宜.% Impact of PEI and PAC, which are two different types of anionic trash catchers (ATC), on the Zeta potential, cationic demand, drainage property and filler retention of furnish with APMP was investigated in this paper. The results show that both PEI and PAC, having good performance, can effectively neutralize the negative charge of the anionic trash, they could be adsorbed partly by electronegative fibers. PEI and PAC can not only reduce cationic demand of APMP furnish, but also improve the furnish drainage and filler retention. Relatively, PEI is obviously superior to PAC served as ATC, and PEI dosage of 0.1%~0.2%is appropriate.
