生物酶预处理打浆技术在电容器纸生产中的应用探索

摘要

介绍酶打浆技术及打浆酶LPK-CR在高黏状打浆中的应用实例。生产电容器纸打浆试验结果证明：酶预处理打浆节能效果明显，平均每吨浆节约电耗200kWh以上，成本节约达100元。%　　The applying example was introduced of enzyme beating technology and LPK-CR of Leveking beating enzyme in the highly wet beating. The test results of beating for capacitor paper show that the beating after enzyme pretreatment has a good effect in power saving, more than 200kWh of elctricity per ton pulp, with the cost reduced by 100 yuan.
