According to the analysis issue in the development phase of vacuum roll, the validity was created and veriifed by the simpliifed analysis method, in order to provide a guidance for analysis and the design.%针对造纸机真空辊在研发时结构分析的复杂性，提出并验证其简化分析方法的正确性，为指导设计分析提供依据。
