膜转移施胶机的液压故障分析

摘要

在膜转移施胶机的调试及生产过程中，发现液压系统经常性的出现一些故障，如：停机时刮刀梁不能长时间保持脱开位置、比例阀控制失效导致压区压力控制失效等，本文提出了解决液压系统故障的办法。%It found in debugging and operation of iflm transfer size press that failures in hydraulic system includes not keeping disengaging position of doctor beam, out of control in nip pressure resulting from proportional valve. In this paper was proposed the solving measures.
